Pasture Package I          $225.00/month Includes:      • Hay and grain 2X daily      • Medications and/or supplements given as needed (Owner is      responsible for the expense of these medicines/supplements)      • Fly spray in the summer      • Blanketing in the winter (Owner provides the blanket)      • Hosing/grooming as needed      • Appointments set and met with shoers and veterinarians (Owner is      responsible for expenses)      • Horse will be checked on a minimum of 2X daily by the staff of Sunny Ranch to      insure the safety and comfort of your aging horse   Pasture Package II          $150.00/month Includes:      • Access to fresh round bale of grass hay year-round      • Medications and/or supplements given as needed (Owner is      responsible for the expense of these medicines/supplements)      • Fly spray in the summer      • Blanketing in the winter (Owner provides the blanket)      • Hosing/grooming as needed      • Appointments set and met with shoers and veterinarians (Owner is      responsible for expenses)      • Horse will be checked on a minimum of 2X daily by the staff of Sunny Ranch to      insure the safety and comfort of your aging horse Stall Package          $300.00/month Includes:      • Spacious 12x12 box stalls      • Daily turn out      • Hay and grain 2X daily      • Medications and/or supplements given as needed (Owner is responsible for the      expense of these medicines/supplements)      • Fly spray in the summer      • Blanketing in the winter (Owner provides the blanket)      • Hosing/grooming as needed      • Appointments set and met with shoers and veterinarians (Owner is responsible for      expenses)      • Horse will be checked on a minimum of 2X daily by the staff of Sunny Ranch to      insure the safety and comfort of your aging horse

Rehabilitation Package          TBD based on rehab needs and regimen Includes:      • Exercise/conditioning required to get your horse back in show/competitive shape      daily or as needed      • Spacious 12x12 box stalls      • Turnout as allowed by rehabilitation schedule      • Hay and grain 2X daily      • Medications and/or supplements given as needed (Owner is responsible for the      expense of these medicines/supplements)      • Fly spray in the summer      • Blanketing in the winter (Owner provides the blanket)      • Hosing/grooming as needed      • Appointments set and met with shoers and veterinarians (Owner is responsible for      expenses)      • Horse will be checked on a minimum of 2X daily by the staff of Sunny Ranch to      insure the safety and comfort of your aging horse      • Access to all amenities that Sunny Ranch has to offer   Additional Options/Charges Bi-monthly worming - $10.00 Vaccination Package* - priced accordingly      • Includes Eastern/Western, Flu, Rhino, Tetanus, Sleeping Sickness, Strangles, and      West Nile Burial - priced depending on services      • Sunny Ranch does have an equine cemetery on the premises and can provide      customers with a place for their beloved friends. We will not charge for the plot,      but only for the digging and removal services rendered by Dockler Excavating. Facilities Charge - TBD      • Due to insurance we have added a facilities charge to thosecustomers that      choose to use the indoor arena, outdoor arena, round pen, hot walker and trails.      Initially we did not think it was needed, however due to the difference in insurance      for non-riding and riding facilities, it has become necessary.   Most other equine needs can and will be available as needed, please call for information!   *Horses retired at Sunny Ranch are required to be on our Vaccination and Worming schedule, whether you prefer to have us provide these services or the veterinarian is completely at the owner’s discretion. All horses arriving at Sunny Ranch are also required to have a NEGATIVE Coggins Test before arriving at the farm. They are also required to have an updated copy on file at all times…this means a yearly test.
